Sam
Managing Director
Sam is the Managing Director and Founder at Cascade. He heads up Cascade’s operations conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and producing Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) on a range of commercial products.
He has experience of conducting LCA in fashion, FMCG, construction, electronics, automotive and sustainability sectors.
Prior to joining Cascade Sam worked at Blue Marble where he was Head of Advisory and established the LCA division. Prior to that he worked for a private investment firm for 10+ years overseeing a broad portfolio of companies. Sam is a trained LCA Practitioner and has a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in Law from SOAS, University of London.
George
Technical Director
George is the Technical Director at Cascade and leads on complex LCA work and LCA platform builds.
Prior to joining Cascade George was a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Blue Marble where he led on LCA and EPD projects and prior to that was a Senior Environmental Engineer at Dyson. George has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Renewable Energy Engineering.
Steph
Strategy Lead
Steph has over a decade’s experience in strategy and marketing consulting. She has worked with a diverse range of global brands to develop product and service strategies grounded in rich, qualitative data.
With a background in Social Anthropology, Steph’s expertise lies in translating real-world data into actionable and impactful business strategy, with the human perspective at its core. Steph holds a First Class Honours BA in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics.
